.ABOUT

I am a recent graduate from Messiah University with a degree in Computer & Information Science and a concentration in Software Development, as well as Spanish.

With a love for problem-solving, I began teaching myself coding with the help of online resources at a young age. Continuing with self-driven learning, I have spent my time at Messiah building projects and learning new technologies inside and outside the classroom.

Currently, I am working on a mobile app using React Native and Expo, as well as researching and planning out several other project ideas. I am also learning new languages and technologies to expand my skillset. In my free time, I love reading about new advancements in technology, attempting to code new ideas, learning new languages, going to the gym, cycling, and finding new music.

April 2024 •

• Designed and developed mobile application using React Native and Expo, focusing on an aesthetically pleasing UI/UX.
• Integrated an external API to dynamically fetch historical events, providing users with a diverse range of significant past occurrences.
• Utilized EAS for streamlined build and deployment processes, enabling seamless uploads and accessibility on the App Store

Prayer Circle

August 2023-May 2024 •

• Designed a visually appealing and user-friendly faith-based social media app in Figma.
• Constructed a full stack mobile application using React Native and Nativewind, implementing a unique and intuitive feature set.
• Utilized Google Firebase suite to integrate a real-time document-structure database for optimal data fetching, while ensuring user data privacy.
• Leveraged Expo to efficiently build and deploy mobile application on both iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

Atelier Dellcastle

July 2023-August 2023 •

• Created and implemented a visually captivating professional portfolio website for a woodworking artist using HTML, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrated Firebase as the backend, enabling seamless data storage, retrieval, and authentication functionalities for the website.
• Designed and coded a user-friendly interface to showcase the woodworking artist's work, highlighting their skills and achievements effectively.

PERAZA'S CLEANING

May 2023 (halted development) •

• Developed and designed a professional website for a cleaning company, showcasing their services, expertise, and value proposition.
• Implemented interactive features and user-friendly navigation to enhance the website's functionality and user experience.
• Collaborated with the cleaning company's team to incorporated their feedback and design prefer to create a visually appealing and informative online presence.

• Created a visually appealing and user-friendly portfolio website using Figma.
• Constructed a fully functional website using HTML5 and Tailwindcss, implementing responsive design for optimal user experience across devices.
• Published the website on GitHub Pages, ensuring seamless accessibility and availability for potential visitors and future employers.

Fall 2022 •

• Worked with a team of 2 other students to create a music kiosk website in Web-Development course.
• Acted as Scrum master, practicing Agile Methodologies with team, as well as teaching and helping team members to use Git.
• Utilized HTML5/CSS3 with Bootstrap, and SQL, as well as PHP taught in class to develop full-stack website.
